Orders within Ukraine are shipped via Nova Poshta from Monday to Friday.
Dispatch time: 1–3 business days after placing an order for items in stock.
Order processing takes place Monday to Friday, from 11:00 to 19:00.
On weekends, the Clay Kyiv team takes time to recharge.
Important! Orders are shipped via Nova Poshta only to branch locations or by courier delivery.
Please check the condition of your items upon receiving them — at the branch in the presence of a Nova Poshta representative, or upon courier delivery directly with the courier.
Each parcel is insured for its full value. In case of damage during transportation, Nova Poshta will reimburse the cost, and we will send you a new item 🤍
In urgent cases, same-day delivery by taxi within Kyiv is available.

Each item is carefully wrapped in bubble wrap, using several layers and filling the box to ensure it arrives safely and intact. We include our own newspaper with brand news and a postcard, which we’ll be happy to sign on your behalf.
