Refund policy

 

The exchange and return of products is possible within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order on the territory of Ukraine.

Exchange and return of products are possible if the mentioned products have not been used, have a marketable condition, good consumer properties, the original packaging is not damaged, and if there is a purchase confirmation document.

Items with imperfections are not eligible for exchange or return. If needed, we can provide additional photos before you place your order, showing the item’s individual features and imperfections in more detail.

Products purchased at a discount are non-refundable, but may be exchanged for other items provided they remain in their original condition and show no signs of use.

The buyer must cover all transportation costs for the return of the product.

In Ukraine, the exchange or return of products can be made by the Nova Poshta delivery service.
