We created Mug Ember for those who love endless cups of tea or filter coffee.
To be honest, the mug turned out larger than we initially planned — yet its generous shape fits comfortably in the hands, and the textured surface feels so pleasant you want to hold it a little longer.
Each piece is hand-painted in a naïve style, with Ember the horse as the main character.
Its form and texture reflect our love for working with volume and surface — nothing excessive, just warm lines and the living trace of a hand.
This mug is about slow mornings and quiet evenings, when a drink is simply a reason to spend time with yourself or someone you love.

The product is dishwasher-safe and can withstand contact with detergents. However, it is recommended to avoid using abrasive cleaning agents.
Delivery

Orders within Ukraine are shipped via Nova Poshta from Monday to Friday.
Dispatch time: 1–3 business days after placing an order for items in stock.
Order processing takes place Monday to Friday, from 11:00 to 19:00.
On weekends, the Clay Kyiv team takes time to recharge.
Important! Orders are shipped via Nova Poshta only to branch locations or by courier delivery.
Please check the condition of your items upon receiving them — at the branch in the presence of a Nova Poshta representative, or upon courier delivery directly with the courier.
Each parcel is insured for its full value. In case of damage during transportation, Nova Poshta will reimburse the cost, and we will send you a new item 🤍
In urgent cases, same-day delivery by taxi within Kyiv is available.

Each piece is carefully wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a box, complemented by a festive sleeve featuring the artwork of the Ember collection.
The box is additionally protected on the outside with several layers of packaging material to ensure your piece arrives safely.
Every order includes our signature newspaper with brand updates and a postcard, which we’ll gladly sign for you if it’s a gift.
