Delivery
Delivery of orders in Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta from Monday to Friday.
Shipping of orders: 1-3 business days from the moment of placing the order for products that are in stock.
Processing of orders is carried out from Monday to Friday from 11:00 to 19:00. On weekends, the clay kyiv team is restored.
Important! Orders are sent by Nova Poshta only to the branch and by courier delivery. Please check the integrity of the products at the branch with Nova Poshta representatives, in case of address delivery - with the Nova Poshta courier.
Each parcel is insured according to the real value, in case of damage during transportation - Nova Poshta will reimburse the money, and we will send you a new product 🤍

International shipments are carried out by the courier service "Nova Poshta" or "Meest"

We carefully wrap each product in bubble wrap, additionally using several layers, filling the space of the box so that the product definitely arrives to you undamaged. We enclose our own newspaper with brand news and a postcard, which we will be happy to sign for you.
