Orders within Ukraine are shipped via Nova Poshta from Monday to Friday.

Orders for in-stock items are dispatched within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. On weekends, the clay kyiv team takes time to recharge.

Important! Orders are shipped via Nova Poshta only to Nova Poshta branches or by courier delivery. Please check the condition of your items upon receipt at the branch in the presence of a Nova Poshta representative, or with the courier in case of address delivery.

Each parcel is insured for its full value. In case of damage during transit, Nova Poshta will provide compensation, and we will send you a replacement 🤍

International orders are shipped via Nova Poshta or Meest courier services.

Each piece is carefully wrapped in bubble wrap, using several protective layers and filling any empty space in the box to make sure it arrives safely.

We also include our own newspaper with the latest clay kyiv news and a postcard, which we’ll be happy to sign with your personal message.
