The item is suitable for contact with water.

Hand washing or cleaning with a special vase brush and mild detergents is recommended. After washing, wipe the item dry with a soft towel.

It is not recommended to wash in a dishwasher or to use cleaning products with abrasive particles or hard sponges.

Delivery of orders across Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta from Monday to Friday.

Orders for items that are in stock are shipped within 1–3 business days from the moment the order is placed.

Order processing takes place from Monday to Friday, 11:00 to 19:00.

On weekends, the Clay Kyiv team takes time to rest and recharge.

Important: Orders are shipped by Nova Poshta only to branches or via courier delivery.

Please check the integrity of your items at the Nova Poshta branch in the presence of a representative, or upon delivery — in the presence of the courier.

Each parcel is insured for its actual value. In the event of damage during transportation, Nova Poshta will reimburse the cost, and we will send you a new item 🤍

In exceptional (urgent) cases, same-day delivery by taxi within Kyiv is possible.

International delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta Global or Meest courier service.

Each piece is carefully wrapped in thick paper, with several protective layers filling the box to ensure it arrives safely and undamaged.

We include our signature brand newspaper and a postcard, which we’ll be happy to sign on your behalf.
