Order delivery within Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta from Monday to Friday.

Orders of items in stock are dispatched within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase. Order processing takes place Monday to Friday, from 11:00 to 19:00. On weekends, the Clay Kyiv team takes time to rest and recharge.

Important! Deliveries are shipped via Nova Poshta only to branch offices or by courier service. Please check the integrity of your items at the branch in the presence of Nova Poshta staff, or upon delivery directly with the courier. Each parcel is insured for its full value — in the event of damage during transportation, Nova Poshta will reimburse the cost, and we will send you a replacement 🤍

International orders are shipped via Nova Poshta or Meest courier service.

Each piece is carefully wrapped in sturdy paper, with several protective layers and all empty space in the box filled to ensure your item arrives safely. We also include our branded newspaper with the latest updates and a postcard, which we’ll be happy to sign on your behalf.
